I was offered a price quote of $570 for my old Toshiba Qosmio x775 laptop. The laptop was used, but in fairly good condtion. When the laptop was received, the "inspection team" revaluated the laptop to $319 because of: "minor cosmetic damage" and broken plastic. The laptop was not broken in any area when shipped, and the packaging I sent it in was very modest.

After sending an email complaining about this gross revalution, they offered me a price of $357. I couldn't believe it.

The business model of this company is to hook and bait you. They will offer you a high price online, then lowball after the revaluation. Since you've already shipped the laptop, they expect to haggle with you a little bit, but still always offering a grossly undervalued price than what they normally offered.

If you plan to use this service, expect to get less than half of what they normally offered you.
