I found this site as it looked promising as a quick way to flip laptops, as I normally fix them and resell them on ebay. Since ebay can take a while to sell I decided to give this site a try. I took a laptop that was in really good shape and they offered $200 for it, about what I expected to get from ebay. So I shipped the laptop and a few days later I get an email telling me they received it and will be evaluating it. Not 10 mins later I get a second email claiming that they're giving me half the price they offered because of two reasons. One was minor wear on the keyboard, this I'll give them because it was a used laptop, but I'm still skeptical. The second was they claimed the top cover had major damage. After reviewing pictures I had of laptop there was no damage to the top cover. I also packaged the laptop in a box made for shipping laptops, so unless a it got ran over by a truck in shipment there was and should be no damage. I've sent them a message as well as blasted through social media not to trust this company, but haven't received a response from them. If you want money for your laptop sell it on ebay, or deal with people locally, and avoid sellalaptop.com.
