sellandrecycle.com Mr. Giovanni Gastelum company has not paid me the money they owe me for sending them my cell phone Alta Vista California
Back in July 2014 I got a quote from an online cell phone recycler called sellandrecycle.com for my cell phone for the amount of $60. They mailed me postage and an empty package to send my cell phone to them. I sent it right away. I received confirmation from the USPS that they had received the package about 4 days later. I kept checking the status of my item on thier website and it took them 2 months to acknowledge that they had received it.
I contacted them numerous times trying to find out what was going on with my cell phone and my payment and every time they responded they had a new excuse for why my item was not processed or why I haven't received my money. November rolled around and they just stopped responding to my emails all together. I then reported them to the BBB and lo and behold they responded to the BBB and emailed me saying that it was still processing and they would send my money right away, still nothing. The last email I received from them stated that they were going through personel changes and that was the delay.
I reported them to the BBB again and once again, more excuses, this time they said that they tried to send it a while back to my paypal account but it was never claimed. I check my paypal account on a daily basis and never received anything. I even went as far as to send them a money request via paypal of $60 but still no response. I have called there phone number and I always get the same recorded message any day or time I call. I am getting ripped off.
