Complaint Review: Sell And Recycle.com

I contacted this company to sell my broken phone for cash.  I quickly received reply and label to send my broken phone.  Then after they have received my phone, they send me an email that they have received my phone and they will assess the damage and give me an estimate as to my refund.  This was in early December, it been February and I did not received anything reply or answer as to how much my phone will be.  I waited for about a month and tried several phone calls and emails, no anwer.  They still have my phone and would not return it back to me or my money.
