This company, Sellers Lounge is very deceptive in their seeling practices. I found them on ebay and they are going to give ebay a bad name. They ask for $3.95 for a CD and says that's all you have to pay. If there is some fine print on the site you can't see it that is why some many people are being ripped off. This company needs to be shut down immediately. They are causing people's bank account to bounce with their BAD BUSINESS.

The Seller's Lounge would like to respond to your complaint and clarify the truth about our program. It is not a deceptive offer. We provide some of the best training and information available to anyone interested in making money on eBay.
When anyone visits our web page and decides to order the free CD, it reads very clearly on the order page that the CD is free, and $3.87 will be charged for shipping & handling only. Two paragraphs located just beneath the order form also let all visitors know that they will have immediate access to the Seller's Lounge member website, and a 10-day free trial period to use the website and review the valuable tutorials and information available there.
The web page informs each visitor that continued membership to the Seller's Lounge website will be billed at $49.95 per month, and to cancel before the 10-day trial period has expired if not interested in remaining a member. The order confirmation page then provides each person ordering with a unique username and password to log into the Seller's Lounge member site, and also lists an email address and phone number to contact our customer support for any questions, or to cancel. This information is also emailed immediately to each individual who orders. If your username and password are not working to log you into the website, our customer support can resolve that problem.
However, our refund policy is 100%, regardless. We realize that some people miss information at times, or just aren't satisfied and happy with their membership to the Seller's Lounge. If that's the case, we want to get you taken care of you.
