Sellers Playbook promised services to win on Amazon by providing services and access to software tools of 34k that will help to build the portfolio of 10-20 products that can generate the profit of 10-30k per month. Before sign up of membership,promised to get loan approval of 100k but got approved only for 31k, claimed to have best tools to do product research but have inefficient tools to find profitable products on Amazon, all their coaches uses other market tools in their session and openly lie to the candidates that these tools are not needed for product research. They promised to give us the list of products from their suppliers that can have huge profit margins. Introduced me to signup with their third-party drop shipper called DOBA which led to the suspension of my Amazon account. They never respond on time, it took more than one month for them to get back to me.  They openly lied to us that they have been working since 2008 which is mentioned on their website and handbooks which they gave us during 3-day workshop but I verified their information from whois search and also by looking up the articles of incorporation of Minnesota, their original articles of incorporation were filed on February 3, 2017, and they falsely claim they have been doing business since 2008. Sellers playbook operates the business from the address location of Northland Mechanical Contractors Inc which has the same address as sellers playbook. I believe the 20,000 square ft warehouse they claim actually belongs to Northland Mechanical Contractors whose owner is Matt Tieva, husband of Jessie Tieva.

They claim to work with integrity, respect, safety but don't care about human health and life-death issues. I have been getting panic attacks due to suspended Amazon account and the fear of paying back the credit card balances of $28,000. I have been diagnosed with "massive depressive disorder" and my doctor has advised me to completely avoid the situation that could cause anxiety and stress. My heart rate is jacked, I am losing weight, going through stress and getting suicidal feelings because of this issue. I have not slept for months now and lost my focus and attention on the job. The HR has issued two memos to me for declining performance, I am on the verge of losing my job, I have sent the diagnosis report of the doctor to the seller's playbook but they have been ruthless and cold-blooded in denying my request for the refund. I beg, plead and humbly request sellers playbook to refund my amount as soon as possible as this is affecting my health and family life big time. No man-made laws can be above and beyond the value of human life.

I would like ripoffreport to step in and help me in getting this firm payback my credit card balances as I cannot do Amazon business anymore due to the suspended account. They claim that they work with clients to address the concerns of clients but do not have systems in place to alleviate our issues, all they care is to suck the money out of the consumer.
