This company are scam artists! I bought a real estate short sale that he managed the property. I bought the property and did not want to use his services.
The renter's lease was expired and he was supposed to refund the money back to the tennents. The tennets singed a release form for the owed deposit check to be made out to me.
It's been 3 Months since I took new ownership and 2 weeks ago, Joe Crimaldi met with me to hand me their deposit money. Well, later that day, he stopped payment on the check and refuses to refund the tennents their money. The tennents (renter's) origninally did not want to deal with this company anymore because they do not return phone calls and have random, outrageous, made-up fees that they charge for their services.
This company is a scam, we are prepared to press charges and file a police report. To protect other consumers, I strongly recommend not to do business with this company; Crimaldi and Associates in Estero, FL.

Honest, energetic, and dedicated Brokers???? I take it you don't know the Krein's in Las Vegas very well (Sellstate NRES and most definitely a part of your corporate..} I would know as I believed Mike's BS for a bit before getting as far away as possible. That p***k still owes me about $3000 in commissions and BPO payments
