Seminole Brass and Bullet is an online dealer of firearm reloading material that offers a variety of products at a decent price, or so it would appear. I ordered 2000 peices of .45 acp brass from them and paid over $100.00 for it back in May of this year. The shipping terms were "10 days" from order. After 10 days I emailed them and asked when I could expect the brass. The reply I received from a "Rita Forte" stated that they had the brass and that it would be another week before they could get it cleaned and sorted. They asked if I wanted to wait the extra week or get a refund. I needed the brass, so I told them I would wait. Two weeks later the brass still hasn't arrived and I emailed them once again. First on their website and another personal email from my account. Their response? NOTHING! Not even an acknowledgement of receiving the email. There is no physical address on their website and no phone numbers to contact them with. (I know - should have sent up red flags right away. Guess I'm too trusting)

I have since requested a refund through PayPal and they have ignored it. I send a reminder on an almost daily basis since June 5, 2009 - Still nothing! Since I have no way of contacting them other than email, I thought I would come here and let others know not to do business with them. I hope that hundred bucks was worth it!
