Complaint Review: Sempris.Com-SWreg Digital River-ValuePlusOnline.com

I made a legitimate purchase from a company in Sweden and payment was processed through SWReg Digital River.  The very next day there was a fraudulent charge from another company processed through Digital River.  There were additional charges in Dec & Jan.  I never knowingly authorized these charges.  Emails are routed through Sempris.Com.  A check of their site indicates that ValuePlus is one of their many programs and Digital River is an affiliate.

I have received no membership info, i. e. account number.  I don't even know what the membership includes.  You are blocked from going directly to their site because you must include an order number or account number to sign on. 

The Inet is rife with complaints about ValuePlus and other Sempris programs.  If you have also been ripped-off by any of Sempris's programs/affiliates file a complaint with the FTC, http://www.ftc.gov/, and your state's Attorney General.  My bank is investigating the fraud, other banks don't.
