SemSim.com Ripoff Charged my credit card and then reported that it did not work, would not refund my money Internet

I have purchased this item on June 23rd, 2006. The cost was 51.95 and was charged on my credit card. I was at work when I purchased this, and when I tried to run it, I would get an error message saying that I am not authorized to run this. So that same night when I got home from work, I installed in onto my labtop at home, and when I entered this information it told me that I exceeded my attempts to log into this software.

I then contacted the customer support team and explained them of the curcumstances and all I would get back in return is a auto-responder telling me to download the fresh copy and enter the new code. I did that and the same thing happened, so I sent another email, and again I got a duplicate copy of the first email.

I then contacted sales dept via email, asking them to re-emburse my funds back into my account, as I am going to purchase through another company to get the product that I need.

What the sales team done, is sent it too the support team and again I recieved another email with the same as the last three emails I have recieved.

I have yet been able to use their product, and I have now already purchased the same product from another company and did not have to worry about download, they sent it to my address. But I am still out 51.00 dollars from this company www.SemSim.com and I would like very much for this to be resolved.

I even had posted my cell number and home number so that I represenative can call me, but all I ever recieved from this company is a auto-responder email, and a bill on my credit card with no product.
