I would like to give this apartment complex a 0!!!!!! Our neighbors apartment was broken into and our apartment had an attempted break in. They did nothing and said there was nothing they could do.
My mother came to visit and they towed her car. They said she had to park in a visitor spot but there were none open. They said she needed a visitor tag but the office was closed and there was no way we could have got one. They then said well she should have just parked outside the gates. So basically you can not have guest at night or on weekends when the office is closed.
They literally have a towing truck riding at all hours of the night. The office staff treated my husband and I very disrespectfully and did not care about any of our concerns. They would roll their eyes at us and always gave us the response there was nothing they could do. Our bathroom floor was leaking water for a year until they finally fixed the issue. For your own good don't live here!!!! It's a total nightmare!!!!!!
