As the title suggests, in order to download a file for your cellphone, you must first join and pay....then when you discover rather quickly, that you cannot download anything...a request for refund is denied with a form letter by email, that explains in so many words, that they give no refund whatever for any reason at any time.
To cancel your membership is convoluted-and even if immediate...still no refund. They tell you plainly. "sorry, Pal"..."we don't care" ( in so many words )
I say in bold letters....do not join. Go to one of the free sites.
