I signed up for the free 14-day trial and paid the agreed-upon $4.95 and $3.95 for Seneca Skin Care and Vitabella Beauty skin creams. I receieved my creams and my credit card was charged these amounts on September 2, 2014. I called and canceled on September 14, 2014 and received email confirmations of the cancellations on September 15, 2014. On that same day (September 15, 2014), the company charged my credit card $93.73 and $94.56. By the time I had finally noticed the charges, I had used up all of the cream and disposed of the jars. After all, this was a "free trial" offer, and I saw nothing in the Terms and Conditions of the offer stating that the free trial product would need to be returned to prevent future charges. When I called the company, the representative stated that the unused portion of the free trial product had to be returned in order for me to receive a refund. I never received additional product from the company, only the product that was part of the free trial.
