I tried ordering the Seneca and Vitabella "free" shipping-only products as they said they went together...  I received only the Seneca sample.  No where on the website did it state that this was a 14-day test and auto ship for $99 after this.  The website kept giving me error messages when I went to pay but not a confimation.  I saw in my email that samples shipped out mid-October.  I received only the one product.  I am paperless and bank online.  I received no notice for the Nov shipments two weeks later, and Dec 1 I received several emails saying I had ordered and they were shipping, which is when I finally became aware of this fraud.

I will only shop with my one retailer I deal with from here on out for safety-sake.  I have never been scammed and I am in my 50's, but they did a major fraud number on me with their face cream scam.

I closed my bank card and called the 800 Seneca number.  At first the rep offered me a 25% refund, but I told her that I hadn't received the 5 products and to reverse charges of $99 for the Seneca and $94 for the Vitabella I never ordered and never received.  Then she offered me a 50% refund.  I told her to refund me 100% for something I didn't receive.  She then gave me the tracking numbers and told me to go to the post office and get a claim number, call her back with the numbers, and she would then give me a full refund.  She emailed me telling me the Santa Ana address to return the product for a full refund...

The rep said she was from Georgia; the return address is Santa Ana; the credit charges are from several cities in Indiana.

I am out at least $500, possbily $1000 from bocus non-product shipments, with the credit charged, and still needing to go to the post office - and/or return a product I don't have - yet another scam.
