Complaint Review: Senior Insurance Leads

The truth shall set you free. It looks like you have been busted, buddy. We have used your leads before too and have had similar experiences, but we let them "slide." The only CMS violation committed is your telemarketing practices to obtain Medicare plan appointments and leads. You are better off not slandering others if this is the case or you may end up with a CMS investigation on your hands. Many of the appointments we went on with this company seemed senile or mentally incapable of signing up for a plan. I felt sorry for the people I met with and therefore recommended they stay on their current plans. This cost me wasted time and money driving in addition to the high price of the telemarketed appointments. 

I am a principal at Senior Insurance Leads (www.seniorinsuranceleads.com). The above "report" is a prank posted by Rose, an insurance agent from the state of Georgia, or someone acting on her behalf. It's a prank post and definitely not made by anyone by the name of Satesh living in Los Angeles. She is a former client of ours who has placed 5 orders with our servers on various dates (1/22/09, 1/23/09, 1/28/09, 2/2/09, 2/3/09, 2/7/09) and then submitted a "not as described" disputed with her credit card company in an obvious attempt to defraud our service. It was very easy to identify her as the source of false report, since she is the only one who has sunk to the level of racist and xenophobe remarks rather than substantiating the claim. On top of the above, we have enough reason to suspect that the agent used our educational appointment for sales activity using techniques not permitted under CMS Marketing Guidelines and MIPPA. We had warned her that we will facilitate a CMS/carrier investigation as much as possible and hence she herself or her agents has submitted this retaliatory slanderous report. It is also a shame that the agent and/her accomplice used well-respected names of other lead vendors to make it appear as if the post was competitor negative advertisement.

While Senior Insurance Leads is owned and operated by US citizens and employs its personnel and contracts in strict compliance with the US laws and regulations, the content of the report, referenced to "low class illegal immigrants" appears to be in violation of the RipoffReport Terms of Service and in our humble opinion should not even be allowed given its hatred-filled, racist nature.
