Complaint Review: Senior manager Travis Jones etx 117 senior account officer Kristy and jordan etx 109 Amy Campbell verification officer

Brent Olby, MN Had a phone call stating they are from the US Federal Reserve in Washington DC. Sr. Accountant by name Kristy a senior account officer with an extension 109, a senior manager Travis Jones ext 117 also I talked with a Amy Campbell a verification officer. Was informed that I am eligible for government grant of $9200.00 by the federal reserve agency. I was asked to come up with $198 upload/activate to a iTune card "it is the process (for Services & tax) to receiving this grant which will be wired through Western Union or Money Gram. I was asked to wait for 20 minutes to process. I then went to walmart and they told me there is a fee from money gram since its so much money Travis gave me a option to get it direct deposited so I ran to the bank and got my account number and routing number for him he said it would be in my account in 30 to 40 mins so I waited. He didnt call me like he said so I called, he said he was just finished up the process that he would call me back in 10 mins so on and on he gave me the run arround. I was given code numbers along with tracking numbers. So I thought it was legit until the next day when still didnt see the money in my account. I have been calling all morning they told me the mananger Travis Jones isn't in until 10am my time "central time". So I waited and called after 10 and now there not answering. So I Googled the number and got a whole bunch of websites with people who have been scammed or almost scammed. So thats why im here... I wanted to inform people, I want justice as well.
