This is a copy of an email I sent to this company the 1st business day after receiving my first set of leads.
After I sent this email to them, they then send me this stupid form they wanted filled out with all of the same infomation contained in this email. I wish I had seen this site prior to signing up with these SCAM ARTIST. I have filed a complaint with the Texas State Attorney Generals office as well as my home state. They have other complaints on file.
I am extremely disappointed in what occurred with my first round of leads this weekend.
My first appointment at 10:00 am. I arrived at 9:45 am and knocked on Mrs. Hammaker's door. She answered and stepped outside to speak with me. I informed her of who I was, and her immediate response was " I told the man I was not interested as I am moving to Oklahoma". I politely apologized for interrupting her morning and left. The fact that this appointment was set against the wishes of this lady made me look like an a*s!
11:30 am appointment: Mrs. Martin, I called her before I arrived considering what happened with the first appointment: She also stated she told the man "we are in the midst of moving", but I could stop by, but she really didn't have time to talk. Once I arrived, toddlers, children and adults were running around the home packing boxes. Mrs,. Martin spent the entire 15 minutes talking about her daughter who resides in a nursing home and how can she get more help for her since she is on Medicaid and they wont wash her hair. I am not paying to be a free consultant!
1::00 pm appointment: Mrs. Turner: Called her several times to confirm the appointment and left messages. Went to the home and had no answer at the door. No return calls.
Let me be very clear, I am not paying for leads that are not qualified. First, none of these people meet the $40,000 minimum income requirement. Mrs. Martin and her very extended family are moving to a smaller home with smaller rent because of income issues.
Mrs. Turner's home (located in the same neighborhood as Mrs. Martin) is in shambles. This neighborhood is a very old one and is now one of the LOW INCOME neighborhoods. Mostly inhabited by illegal aliens.
I can get all of the Medicaid leads on my own, I am not paying you for these type of leads.
I do not want to work with Chris, as he is unresponsive to my emails. I made it very clear to Chris in an email, before we started, that I was not comfortable with the income level at $40,000. This low of an income level cannot afford to privately pay for our services. Our rates range from $21.00 to $26.00 per hour.
I want this increased to $60,000 minimum! Second, I do not want any leads that come from the zip codes 80010, 80011. These are low income areas and are not viable other than for Medicaid.
Third: I do not want any leads that are set by Allwyn Lee. He or she obviously do not listen to the people they are speaking to, and appears to just set appointments to meet their quota.
Fourth: The email from Adam Brooks on Friday stated that I can call customer service on Saturday. Well, I did and it told me to leave a voice message. Again as of right now, no one has called me.
I spent too much of my time on wasted leads this weekend. My time is worth $75.00 per hour.
I left you a voice mail this morning to call me regarding these issues. I also emailed Chris on Saturday about these problems and as of right now, have not received any calls or emails in response to my complaint.
So, again, after sending this email to them, they spent the entire day wanting me to fill out the stupid forms. They tell you they have to review the leads information, listen to the recording of the phone call to the potential lead etc. Funny thing is that night they sent me another 3 leads, and low and behold the first lead is in a low income senior housing run by a non profit!
