Complaint Review: Seniorsoulmates.com

Seniorsoulmates.com failure to grant me access to request my refund amount for October 2016 and web site stated upgrading, when in fact, the site was down and still not accessible for approimately total of three weeks. I am requesting termination of my Membership and Refund of amount paid via Wells Fargo Debit/Visa Card  Miami Internet / Florida

This is to inform you that I was taken advantage of financially by Seniorsoulmates.com website

in October 2016, when in fact, 

 

A.  I was unable to access and notify Seniorsoulates.com nor call their 800#, nor locate an 800#

     for their company for purpose of Notification of Cancellation and Request for Refund pertaining

     to October 2016.

 

B.  Please credit my Wells Fargo Checking Account ending with #9881 ASAP.

C.  Please have Seniorsoulmates.com REMOVE me from their Website 

D.  Please notify Seniorsoulmates to CANCEL AND TERMINATE ALL CURRENT AND FUTURE RENEWALS

     Permanently Effective retroactive of October 1, 2016 based on Premise that I was not able to ACCESS

     their website to notfiy them to CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP TO AVOID ALL CURRENT AND FUTURE CHARGES

E.  Since I was not able to utilize their WEB SITE IN OCtoBBEr 2016.
