Request for "guarantee refund" if not satisfied with results was not fulfilled as advertised.

Request refused because they stated that the 30 day deadline had been exceeded.

Product to be returned for refund was second month of treatment - unopened and unused.

Return product was unopened, unused and complete.

Believe product is completely bogus; followed directions to the letter with zero results.

With zero results and the second month supply completely in tact guarantee should be granted with product return.

Placing non-payment on credit card used in transaction and filing report with the State Attorney General of California.
