Complaint Review: Sensible Chic Rachael Ohlwiler

Rachael Ohlwiler (aka Sensible Chic) has absolutely no intentions of sending you any product whatsoever. She has a clever advertising campaign that elicits your response to high-end designer jeans and clothing.

Upon sending inquiry emails, you will receive a response from Rachael, as though she is truly interested in doing business with you. She will even reassure you that she is professional and is proud of her reputation and behavior.

She will request that you wire transfer money to her Wells Fargo account in order to pay for the merchandise.

That's the last you will hear from her. She will not answer further emails, telephone calls or correspondance. I have send over 50 emails. I have sent Certified Mail to her Foothill Ranch address, and it sat unclaimed.

I am seeking to find legal counsel that will address this situation.
