hired Sensible Home warranty, paid 2 years for 692 for full policy covering everything, $45/ service call.  Made my claim for refig repair and they hired a vendor. Never heard from vendor, MIS Refrigeration, nor Sensible warranty.  Questioned both and vendor stated they he will not do service in my location because its more than 30 miles away. Senseless, he didnt call. Sensible did nothing about it but constantly give me a run around and avoid answering questions.

They have no mgm team, and only foreigner voices in the repair order dept. The front end is very american accent and full of thank you's but when there is a service request it goes to s**t. i called atleast a dozen times and no correction to this problem. What a waste of time and refrigeration was down for with no help. I should have never gone thru with this policy it was too cheap to be true. The vendor also mentioned that Senseless Warranty never pays there vendors which is why no vendor wants to work with them.
