Complaint Review: Sensica

Sensica Manager Samantha,very rude and refused to give me a refund. Six calls since December all said I would get a refund,but never did. Greensboro Georgia

 Sent product back December 19. Have a postal service tracking code. Have called six times for a refund. They told me they would send one. Today August 29. They said no refund cause I sent it to the wrong location. Even though in earlier calls they admitted they had found it. Spoke to manager Samantha who was very rude and tried to cut me off. If she gave me the right number? This should be her badge number11232. I have all the dates I called,but they say theirs no record. Even though they record the conversation.
