They have recalled a defective product (Sensio 5 Qt. programmable Bella Cooker - Model WJ-5000DE) bc over 60 of them have started on fire. They list a claim form on their marketing company web site (ACBpromotions.com), you follow the instructions, then you get a letter 2 months later saying you are rejected for no receipt (instructions said to estimate cost) and no power cord (instructions said to cut cord but said nothing about mailing it back) - and get this - the letter was send 12/9/10 - I received it 12/16/10 and the letter says if you don't respond by 1/9/11 - claim dismissed. Nice timing over the holidays. They are scamming people to avoid paying the promised rebate for a defective product.
