Reality#1: Working with a pit of Vipers brings nothing but employees loathing their work environment.

Reality#2: Spa Director Anne Bandito is a callous individual who habitually manipulates staff around her including the owners. She has tarnished employees reputations, fabricated information about the spa operations, and harasses specifically female employees. She never harshly disciplines male staffers-just only females.  She relishes every moment having employees wrongfully terminated from Sente Bella Med Spa. Why you must ask? Well Anne feels threatened when someone knows how to approach things the right way. She thinks that employees are out to get her, so then her vindictive nature comes out.

Reality#3: Anne would spread malicious gossip to the point to make herself feel better. She even went out of her way to insinuate that a massage therapist was having an affair with her client. This is very false and I mean room for slander. Here’s another one, Anne was told in confidence about an employee’s health issues and she promised not to disclose it to anyone.  Of course, she told everyone in the spa about it. What a team player.

Reality#4: High turnover since Anne Benedito has been the spa director. Can anyone explain why?  As it is explained above………and then some.

Reality #5: Erin Battle and Legedu Naanee are the owners of Sente Bella Med Spa and will not do anything about the “problem”.

Reality#6: Anne is a legal liability to the establishment.

Fantasy#1: Owners just want to make money and the problem goes away on its own.

Fantasy#2: Let’s not intervene when spa employees have issues with the spa director and not investigate what is happening in the spa.

Fantasy#3: Shoot first and ask questions later type of managing style will do the trick!

FINAL: GET INVOLVED BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE.
