Sentinel home warranty claims are processed by their partner, Universal Administrators (Jack Wylie 502-339-1573.) They received our claim months ago and have not paid. We're not talking big bucks, only $175.00. Our point of contact at Sentinel, Kristen has blamed Universal for all their consumer complaints. She has since washed her hands of our complaint. Phil at Universal ignores our emails after months of waiting for our claim check. We used a local plumber they approved of and even the plumber commented on how unusual this situation was. These people are collecting big fees that the home seller pays for, so the buyer is none the wiser until a repair is needed.
