Complaint Review: Sentry Insurance Co

Sentry Insurance Co Kemper Insurance Co. The company I worked for changed workmans comp providers after my first injury and now the company they changed to refuses to cover the origional injury. They only cover the second injury. Stevens Point , Wisconsin

 In 1096 while working for Big Lots I fell and broke my right arm.   At the time of the accident the insurance company the company had was Kemper Ins. Co.   It covered my hospital, doctor, therapy, and follow up visits.    

 on  ll-29-2001 I fell again at Big Lots and broke my left arm.   At this time the company had changed insurance to Sentry Insurance.    They continued covering both arms until just lately.  They told me that they do not cover my right arm and I should tell Dr Bernard at the Jewett Orthapedic clinic they should send any claims for my right arm to Kemper Insurance.   Dr. Bernard said that due to Big Lots changing insurance companies that Sentry Insurance should have picked up the coverage for my right arm.   

 When I talked to my case worker at Sentry she said that they were not responsible for the injury to my Right arm and would no longer cover any x-rays or medication I needed for my right arm. 

I meed  to have someone look into this for me.
