Chronic Pain Partners is a nonprofit helping those struggling with a genetic condition called Ehlers-Danlos Syndromes (EDS).
We engaged with SEO Pro Marvel in April 2021 to have them help improve the actual traffic to our 2 websites.
One site is an online store that they eventually said was not set up for “SEO” and they wanted me to pay extra to have the site redeveloped. I told them that we could not afford to do that, and I asked them multiple times for a refund which I never received.
For our second site I continued for 6 months asking for the promised increase in actual traffic. They claimed to be working on it but we never received the expected results we paid for. We finally gave up as I understand others have done. Our Board of Directors told me I wasted our limited donations with no results!
SEO Pro Marvel apparently has no clue as how to promote nonprofit organizations traffic!!
It is unfortunate that some businesses get away with taking advantage of Non-profits who are working with limited donations and are trying to help their disabled members
