Complaint Review: SEO Wholesale

SEOWholesale Fail to Perform Bellvue Washington

SEOWholesale gave me the idea that once they programed my website and it was up-and-running that I would be able to go in and make changes to the site, with the training to do this. They didn't follow through with the training.
They told me the site would come with a stat tracker, but I couldn't even open it, let alone read it!
The site wasn't programed to let me process my own credit cards - if I wanted that ability I would have to pay extra! (bait-and-switch?) There was a confusion about who was processing the cards!
Initially, when I was setting up, they asked me to send them sites I liked for design purposes, and I got nothing like them! I got minimal amount of design for the money I spent. The header of my site was so embarassingly bad I pulled the site down(it was their design).
Bottom line is that I found out afterwards that features I thought I would be getting for my money would cost me more, something that I was not aware of when I entered into an agreement with them(again, it feels like bait-and-switch).
For the amount of money I spent, I thought I was going to get a well-programed and designed website and be able to track where inquires were coming from. This did not occur.

Multiple attempts were made to appease this client far above and beyond the original negotiated terms of the client's contract. This client contracted with SEO Wholesale to build him a product based e-commerce website at an affordable cost. SEO Wholesale went to great lengths in achieving this task; offering the client an attractive viable website that would compliment his business. After completion and viewing the website, the client completely changed his direction and stated that he wanted the new site designed in a completely different fashion. We honored the client's request and asked the client to send in the new material for the redesign, free of charge. This scenario happened not only once but on two occasions with this client. I would like to also point out, that on the first run-through on the re-design, we rebuilt the client's website to his exact specifications, based off of the detailed information the client sent to SEO Wholesale. During the final completion process the client was sent multiple communications attempts inquiring about the specific date he would be available for the training process. As part of our original agreement SEO Wholesale was not responsible for training the client's on the back-end of the design process, however, we felt that this added benefit was necessary to our client's success and offered repeatedly to do so. The client's website was already set up to process credit cards prior to our involvement, thus making the statement about, having to pay extra fabricated and completely false. The merchant account the client had already set up was extremely limited, making it very difficult to incorporate into either ours or anyone else's system. With that said we did make every effort to help the client and at no time required the client to pay additional fees. I personally emailed the client expressing several alternative merchant solutions and to date have never heard back from the client. Shortly after attempting to communicate with the client I received word from my IT Department that the client's DNS was switched off of our servers. This came to us as a surprise considering the client had not communicated with SEO Wholesale for over 45-days I don't know if this business owner has a reputation for misleading companies that he works with, but he sure duped SEO Wholesale. A lot of time and effort has been utilized during the process of trying to make this client happy. On a positive note, the actions of the client as well as the misleading demeanor have encourage the officers of SEO Wholesale to really take a closer look at the type of client's we contract with as well as the terms and conditions during the negotiation process. While this report states a negative outcome, I hope all who read this take the time to fully comprehend the depths of this situation and see the effort made to resolve the client's concerns. It is not always possible to please everyone, but SEO Wholesale is committed to providing the most professional, ethical and effective solutions available in today's marketplace. We look forward to our client's continued success and hope this information better explicates the truth in this scenario.
