I asked Septicare for a sample thru a magazine inquiry. Instead of a sample they sent 9 pounds or a five year supply. I asked them to pick up their product, I only asked for a sample. They have refused to send a pickup order. They called me three times and I reiterated the same request each time. Now they have a collection agency attempting to collect over 200.00 . These people are desperate. DO NOT ASK FOR A SAMPLE from them.

OUR SIDE OF THE STORY

This is totally unfair. Our offering in 2004 was straightforward. We offered a 30 day trial of Septicare, with no money paid upfront. The thought behind that was, we enclosed instructions for a test that proved the efficacy of Septicare, and, if after conducting the test, you still didn't like it you could return the product for full credit. If you didn't return it you were, of course, expected to pay for it.

Unfortunately, we ran into a problem with our offering. We ended up losing tens of thousands of dollars from trial shipments made that were never returned or paid for. For this reason we discontinued the no money up front trial offer. We still do offer a 30 day trial, but do charge the customer. If the customer returns the product a full refund is provided, no questions asked. I hope this clears up the matter, and ask anyone who has any questions to contact me at Septicare@aol.com and they will receive a prompt reply.

Septicare Free Trial is not a Rip-Off

#5REBUTTAL Owner of company

I am the owner of Septicare. I strongly resent the accusation made by Jesse. He is dead wrong. Anyone can go to my site www.septicare.com and they will see that I spelled out in plain English the terms of my free trial. How many companies on the internet will send a product asking for no money up front. We want consumers to test the actual product they will be using in their system not a specially prepared sample. We pay to ship it out. The consumers' only obligation is to evaluate our product (we outline a demonstration that proves the effectiveness of Septicare) and either pay for it or return it at their expense if they don't want it. Tens of thousands of people have saved millions in leach field repairs by using Septicare. Jesse is just plain wrong.

Either pay for the return shipping or buy the product

Jesse

It is clear as day, both in the ad and the website. It is clearly written:

1- Septicare comes in a small box that weighs less than 10 pounds, and because it is so compact, we are able to have you sample the ACTUAL PRODUCT you will be using in your system, NOT A specially prepared SAMPLE.

2- If you decide not to purchase Septicare, you owe us nothing for the amount you used to test our product, and your ONLY OBLIGATION would be the SHIPPING COSTS associated with returning the remaining product to us.

SO...
Either pay for the return shipping or buy the product

You are absolutely WRONG
