The process described on the TV informercial as well as what the consultant described was not the preocess that is used when you return for the finish product. The work was hideous - the hair did not sit on the head properly, the netting allowed for huge gaps and when the wind blows the hair spaced away die to the netting to show gaps, I was not told this would be sewed on my head, instead they told me it was blended with your hair and the netting was so fine and transparent that you would only see your hair and it was secured on the head by pulling the netting holes until it was a snug fit, I was advised I could have a natural part and my scalp would show but in actuality they sew a part in the hair and is looks un-natural. when I requested my money back I was told it would be fixed to my satisfaction, I was asked to return a few days later, upon my return the work was still unsatisfactory, the mefhod used to attach the blending hair was pulling out my hair, my scalped was scratched and I was then told under no circumstances would I get a refund as thsi was a custom fit item. I had to leave the hair piece with them and somehow they manage to make it half the size that it was originally (you pay based on the size). I made 9 visits for them to try to fix this (mind you I live in Connecticut and the travel to New Jersey was time consuming and costly) and each was worst then the previous visit. The last time I came to have this matter resolved, the hair was not ready (despite the fact that they give you the date that you must come in) and after expressing my disappointment and the fact that the customer service was the worst ever, they just did not seem to care that I was travelling a great distance and this was my 9th visit to "fix" the inferior product, I was told by a "Manager" that I would receive a color job for my inconvience, they put the color on my head and then came and asked me to pay for it, I was shocked and advised them that this was offered as a customer service gesture and I did not come n requesting a color job. I informed them I would not pay for a service that I did not request. The Manager who offered the color job as a customer service gesture was no where to be seen, however, the "Coordinator" who was with her offered to give me a discount on the color job, at first I said no I would not pay since I never requested this service and she said the police would be brought in for non payment, I then ask what the discounted rate would be for the color, she advised me should would get back to me and left me in the technican room. Approximatelt 20 minutes later the techician came in and rinsed the color out of my hair and left. After a 5 minute wait, I opened the door to find out where the "Coordinator" found out about the discounted rate, instead one of the employess was standing between a half closed door saying "All we have to do is say she was disruptive and out of control", by the look on her face and the way she pulled the door closer to her so I could not see who was in the room, I assumed she may have been putting together a story to tell the owner, she was me to return to the room where I was and someone would come to me, no sooner than I returned to the room, and sat down the door opened and 2 police officers came in with the "Coordinator" and avised me they were called because I had stated I would not pay, I advised the officers that I was told this was a customer service gesture and once they added the dye to my head they then demanded payment and the last thing that was discussed was that I was getting a discounted rate for the color job, one of the officer stated "then you are willing to pay?" , I said yes I just want out of this place because its is the most unprofessional place I have ever visited. I paid and then asked them to dry my hair so I could leave, the employee who had been at the door telling someone or some people "All we have to do is say she was disruptive and out of control", told the officer blow drying was not part of the color service, the officer than advised me at the company' request I would have to leave the premises and I should prsue this matter further with the Better Business Bureau. I left with soaking wet hair on one of the coldest day of the year (01/09/2009) to travel to Connecticut from New Jersey! Needless to say I became ill, had to visi doctor, purchase meds .... still do not have the product I paid for (the hair), became ill from being sent out with wet hair and all this after 9 visits to get a product that was inferior. For the record, I never once cursed them out, becaume loud, acted out, became threatening or abusive.... the only thing I did say was that I would sue if this nmatter was not resolved. I have asked to be contacted by the owner to resolve this matter, however as of today, I have not heard from them. I have been researching this company and found that they have many complants. I would like anyone that has any information as to the mistreatment of clients, deceptive practice to please contact me at (((Redacted))) or have ripoff report contact me as this company really needs to be out of business!

Sequence is more than willing to resolve any dissatisfaction. I strongly recommend any discontented customers to contact Sequence to let the company know what they didnt like. Sequence will go above and beyond to adjust or do whats needed to turn around any dissatisfaction and make a happy and steady client. Please call our Guest Relations Manager at 201-567-5332.
