Sequoia Equities High crime and never repair apartments theft of mail Grand Terrace California
I live in the Highland apartment in Grand Terrace,ca
So far I've seen alot of car break in and atleast 1 apartment robber yor other crime, the police are here alot as the gates never work to help secure the property.
Also I've been waiting 14 months for repairs and their paper owrk is never in order.I've been in the office several times for problems that do not exist.
There is mail robbery,as I've had missing documents or found others important mail laying on top of mail box.Even the local police say this is a declining area to live in.
