Complaint Review: Sera Labs

Sera Labs Company Refuses to give me a refund... Lewiston Maine

I returned the product back on May 29th, TRACKING # 9505 5265 6072 0147 6788 74.  I've called several times asking for a refund.  I was told that the credit card company would have to issue the credit.

The credit card company will not do that without authorization from Sera Labs.

The last time I called, I asked to speak to a supervisor and when I explained what the credit card company said, she told me that she wouldn't do it and before I could say anything else, she hung up on me while I was still talking.

I have all of the documentation from Sera Labs authorizing the return.  I was told there would be a small restocking charge.  To date I have not received my refund. 

The above comments are from an email I sent to the company.  I have sinced called them on the phone and they still refused to process a refund, even though they acknowledge that I am owed one.
