Fraud send people product then charge extremely high fees!

We’re sorry that you have had a negative experience with SeraLabs. We take our customer’s satisfaction seriously, and are continually working on ways to improve our customer care.  We state on our website that you need to call customer care or send an email to cancel products before they ship. In reviewing your account we see that you were sent a reminder email regarding your reorder along with a date of cancel to avoid further charges and shipping.

We also see that the product was returned and you have been refunded.
