Serafano Enterprises ripoff, fraudulent, dishonest, false advertizing, deceptions, bilked Plantation Florida
Serafano Enterprises, specifically Joseph Serafano, did not deliver what they had promised. I entered into their agreement under their impression that this was a legitimate company , but they falsely represented their business and did not produce what they promised on their agreement. He told me that his company represented WorldWide Marketing, which on futher investigation also proved to be false. They do not have a legal contract with me, and yet they took my money. They are a fraulent company and deserved to be investigated and closed down before they cheat others out of their money.

They are all the same company, Serafano Enterprises,GW Consulting, Worldwide marketing. Mr. Serafano is in charge and oversees operation of these companies. "Web-Design" means he will charge you $100 a month for a useless online casino or pharmacy website. When I spoke on the phone with Mr. Serafano's associate he told me his hosting deal was the best around.
The last time I checked there were at least 50 registrars willing to sell your own domain complete with hosting for $90/yr.
If Mr. Serafano charges $100 a month, which equals $1200 a year. Even if you have no web skills, a designer will make a basic page like the one you are provided for under 100 dollars.
So let us compare: Do-It-Yourself: $under 200 SE Consulting: $1,200 a year plus up to $2,000 for his "Ad-Pro Extreme" I discovered copies of Adcaster and even Adpro (without the EXTREME) runs for a maximum of $50 a copy.
Many places offer it much cheaper, usually $20. When I asked for proof of earnings or testimonials from customers, he was unable to provide either, and began berating me and pushing me to purchase his product.
I was very upset and did some web research, which brought me here. I would be very weary of anything this company has to offer, it seems very shady. The point is you can set this up yourself for under $200 without paying exorbinant hosting fees from him every month. Avoid.

What I have to say according to Mrs. Palmers complaint is that I have no record of charging Donna Palmer at all. If Mrs. Palmer would like to call my office and speak to me or send me some kind of statement or something showing that my company charged her and wasn't soppose to I would refund 100% of her money right away. What I believe is that Mrs. Palmer is a customer of World Wide Marketing they are the company that she paid the money to not Serafano Enterprises. And yes we do work with World Wide Marketing. Mrs. Palmer said that was false, but it is not. We were helping World Wide Marketing with some of there webdesign work and we were also helping them with some of there shipping and customer service. Mrs. Palmer had never called me or brought anything like this to my attention. I do wish that she would call and speak to me personally so that I can figure out what the misunderstand is and see if there is anything I can do to help her in some way. Thank you for your time.
