    Although the animal experience was wonderful, the customer service was terrible!  We requested additional towels (to accommodate the 7 guests we had in a bunglow that supposedly slept 8) and linens (they were not provided for all the beds) and they never arrived.  The resort provided grills so you may cook your own food and we were told they were gas grills, then they were charcoal.  We did not bring charcoal as we were given innapropriate information.  We were very remote and had to wait hours for the resort to provide charcoal for our dinner. The worst part was we had NO RUNNING WATER the second day and we were unable to shower, brush teeth or even flush our toilets!  

    We tried for over 10 days to contact the owner and she did not call us back.  One of her own employees told us she didn't handle problems and we should not expect a call back.  We tried to contact her through the resort's facebook site and she began to verbally attack us and even threatened to blackmail another guest's personal business!  She deleted our valid concerns and requests that she contact us.  She was completely unprofessional.

     We paid over $450 for one night for 7 guests and expected a high level of customer service.
