Do not order anything from this company. They have a nack of sending you the wrong size and then try to deny it, refusing to credit you back the shipping and handling.

I ordered a pillow and they sent the smaller one, when I sent it back because it was the smaller size and not what I ordered, the alleged manager Melissa Ohm, took an attitude and flat out called me a liar, saying the one I returned was the larger one. Even after telling her I had measured it before I returned it, she flatly said I was a liar.

I reported it to the BBB and the owner was very malicious and made several false allegations, trying to demean my character. Yet they never provided the box label which would have proved it was incorrect.

Not very bright people, I will get the last laugh though when they are out of business. Not a very bright indegent company. I hope when their company goes under they remember the $6.95 they fought to the death.

Never have I dealt with such a sorry, pathetic company that makes false allegations against their customers to avoid a measly $6.95 return credit. They are a very small internet company that will definitely be out of business soon, due to their lack of customer service and unprofessionalism. The owner definitely needs to learn tact when trying to write a professional letter. Talk about pathetic!
