At the start of November 2015 we were looking for an seo company to handle our expanding reach for our products. (We sell knitting and handycrafts.)
We searched online and came in contact with a personal claiming to be Tommy Mcdonald then working for rankusnow.com which we later found out also owns serplogic.com both are owned by this thief.
After some negotiations we agreed on an seo package worth $3499 to be done in 2 phases.
After 2 weeks we asked for an update and were told we would get one after 2-4 days.
This continued on for several weeks, each time he promised us another update to show the links he would build for our money but nothing buc miserable excuses from this excuse of a man.
We eventually got a "report" out of this tommy mcdonald which then stated he owned serplogic.com but this report contained what looked like a blast of some seo software or done by a fiverr gig, it may be both it had lots of pr 0 and deindexed domains on it.
We then asked for the promised high PR links and high TF links we were promised and agreed and why we got this crap, again he became unreachable.
We then proceeded to ask for a refund as our domain became deindexed due to the toxic links he had provided.
We did get in touch with him a few times through making another email but when he found out it is us he ignored us again when we asked for a refund. We also tried making a blackhatworld account and contacting him there but were promptly banned there. I am guessing he is protected there so he can scam as he pleases. The account he uses there with serplogoc is t0mmy mcdonald or just t0mmy.
Anyone else looking for this thieving conman we heard he hides somewhere in spain and is originally from ireland.
I hope this rippofreport will help others and eventually either make him refund us or be put to justice and at least be a distinct warning for no one to do business with t0mmy mcdonald of serplogic / rankusnow

First off, I'd like to say that I am in no way shape or form affiliated with Serplogic. I also do not know Tommy McDonald personally and have not been incentivized to leave this review in any way. I have simply been a client of theirs for 3 months and have spent over $4000 on SEO services. We are still beyond impressed with the results our young company has achieved due to Serplogics hard work and we plan to incrementally increase spend each month because of this. I find the negative reports and accusations of theft extremely hard to believe. 1) Because we've actually received a refund from Tommy before for an accidental purchase and 2) Because every single one of our customer service experiences has been helpful and informative. With that said, Tommy does offer both black/gray hat SEO services and a massive selection of white hat services as well. It's nobody's fault but your own if you choose a black hat service for a website that you want to last a lifetime. Also, nobody ever said SEO was cheap, easy, or instantaneous. In fact, it's often times very expensive, very difficult, and takes months or years to evolve. This review is coming from someone who is borderline OCD about SEO and doesn't trust anyone but himself to complete the work. Serplogic is the first company I've worked with that I feel I can fully trust with our company's SEO.

I also have the same experience as the mentioned guy in above.
Purchased and still no result on any paid business we have sent.
His customer support is OKISH but could seriously be better.
Luckily, I managed to find his cc number: 4712 1929 1029 0049 and ccv 291 with expiry 09/17

Yeah I've known this guy and bought from them before. Not a great experience either. It's crazy that people get away with this kind of stuff. I hope you get your money back! This company and specifically Mr McDonald are one of the most respected up and coming SEO firms around, likely why he is attracting such low life tactics like this. McDonald's actual stance which you can read in the articles on his website, is the complete opposite of what this review is suggesting. He gained his reputation by adhering to honesty and integrity. I doubt very much he would throw that away for a measly 3k
The fact that ripoffreport allows people with no evidence, proof or legitimacy to freely post here and defame companies in this way is utterly ridiculous.
Tommy if you do read this again, ignore this fool. Anyone that knows or has dealt with you is fully aware of your integrity and honesty, it's why we choose to do business with you time and time again. Take it easy pal.

Hi there..
So this has been written just one hour ago - I've been online all day, clients can reach me round the clock. I'm the company owner in question here. I have no clients paying me money like that, I have no clients asking for refunds - we process them all within 24 hours, we're not cowboys.
You're not a client of ours. You're somone on a crusade of hate and jealousy.. I've been dealing with your nonsense all weekend on numerous platforms.
I have to wonder why someone would go to such lengths, mental problems no doubt.
