Complaint Review: Serra NISSAN

I received an advertisement in the mail whick included a scratch off game and a key attached.  Instruction indicate match 3 free parking amounts in a row, up, down, across or diagonally. I matched diagonally 25,000 If you are a lucky winner call 1-866-996-1671 and enter confirmation number (178722)  The recording stated: Congradulations, your prize has been reserved.  Go to your event headquarters to claim your prize.  The advertisement contained a key.  I asked what the key was for and the sales person said that key does not mean anything.  I asked why the key was included in the advertisement and again the sales person said that the key did not fit anything. I asked what I won and he stated that I won nothing but gave me another scratch card to play.  You have to match 6 pots of gold to win from a choice of 30 scratch blocks but you can only scratch 6.   Obviously, I won nothing.  When I stated that I was no longer interested and was leaving the sales person offered three coins to me.  I picked up my invitation and scratch card. I departed feeling I was deceived.  I did not accept the coins.
