Serta International did inspection on mattress for claim of sagging mattress second one, the inspector did not lift the mattress to see underneath the support of five legs and a reinforced beam. Hoffman Estates Illinois
First mattress we bought, they told us buy box spring or warranty invalid so we got the whole set. Matress sagged after four months, received a new one. Then four months later same thing, mattress store out of business went through serta, inspector came out did not lift the mattress to see support underneath and claims we only have four leg support. We have five and a support beam for the mattress. They basically told us we were liars about it.
