Serta www.serta.com 2 year old Mattress with springs sticking out accepatable to company Hoffman Estates, Illinois
I have an $1800 Serta mattress purchased 2 years ago from 1-800-mattres that was supposed to have a lifetime warrenty that is wornout.
2 of the metal coils are sticking out through the fabric of it
After inspection by their factory rep, he took pictures and told me that the company would get back to me in 10 days.
One month later after I called them again I as told that it was acceptable wear for a 2 year old mattress to have the springs sticking out of it.
NEVER AGAIN BUY SERTA!
