i ordered a serve card way back in 2011,never recived, but have an open account with company, then they tell me they can't close my account at my request,i no longer live where i ordered original card.which i never recieved.they sat send more of my information ,i feel like this company has committed identy theft, i told i dont want the ten dollar balance on my account,they say they have to send me a check for ten dollars,to my old address,what company denies you closeing account in your name you never used, and then the customer service rep tryed to talk to me like i was a kid.
