Bought a new furnace in March 2007. Broke once and they fixed it. Broke again today (Oct. 7, 2008). I was told that someone would come between 5 and 8 pm. Called at 8:50 pm and was told someone would still come. I was OK with coming late as I stay up late. I called at 10:50p and was told to leave a message no one was coming tonight. I was given a 5 year warranty for both parts and labor and their web site says "Offering the areas best service 24 hours a day 365 days a year!" which is obviously a lie. I asked for reimbursement for someone else to repair it or reimbursement for a hotel if it got to cold. Person on phone said couldn't do it. I asked for owner and person on phone wouldn't call him or her and wouldn't give me their number. Since I can no longer trust the furnace or the company I will be filing in small claims court for full price plus my costs so I can have another company put in another furnace (which won't be a Carrier).
