Complaint Review: Service Magic Golden CO

As a lead providing business as Service Magic claims to operate, I would personally feel that at the rate your charging for individual leads, you would have your clients best interest at heart. As hard as it is to get a customer service representative to understand the legitimate gripes us contractors have in regards to certain leads we purchase (paying $50.00 for a "real-time" lead, to call the homeowner 2 minutes after obtaining the lead from Service Magic only to find out she has previously already contracted to have that job done--OBVIOUSLY WE CAN'T DO ANYTHING WITH IT) and tell us that's still a lead? Come on, now. The one thing I am finding true is that the only concern Service Magic has is making as much money as they can buy selling this kind of garbage to as many contractors as possible. At one time, Service Magic provided a very valuable tool for contractors to utilize, but now seem nothing more than a money-grubbing machine.
