Complaint Review: Service Magic

Service Magic mentions that they have a rigorous screening process,  I noticed that a company called Sewer Swat is listed under Service Magic.  I had notified Service Magic that it looks like this company had changed their name from Sewer Fitters and has multiple complaints against them including not honoring their 50 year warranty.  They have complaints filed with the BBB, ripoff.com and other blogs. 

I had informed Service Magic of this situation and they have not responded.  What kind of rigorous screening process do they have?  This rigorous screening process must be that if the company pays their fee to be listed with Service Magic, they pass the test.
