I hired Service Master Of Niagara Falls located at    about 2 years ago, to do the cleaning of one of facilities located in Saint Catherines Ontario upon arrival a sales representative Mr.  Grant Wall was extremely rude and cocky.

He started putting down the competition etc....

I regret hiring them, because they treated their employees like garbage does he realize that without staff members he wouldn't have a job. I called a couple of times to complain about the cleaning and some lady by the name of Pam answered the phone it seems when you want to talk to the owner of franchise they don't wanna pass you to him.

I find out on day while I bumped into the area supervisor what the company is really about (and these are the facts). Employees are paid Min Wage and treated like dirt by Grant Wall ), he doesn't care about the employees he has. The Supervisors are given mandate by  Grant Wall  (if the doesn't like a employee) he instructs the supervisor to plant or find things on the cleaner.

In my books Grant Wall is a short little man with anger issues...  I was never happy with them when ever I called he would put me off.... Min Wage is $10.75 regardless of how long you have been working with them they don't care...

I personally had issues because the job was not done to my standard,  I sent them three faxes and finally decided to cancel the said contract. In my opionion don't ever hire this company they treat their employees and staff like they are cleaners and or garbage.
