Servicecom USA Inc Company agreed in a text message to our tech to pay for service - have been trying to collect since March 5 2016 Brielle New Jersey

We were called out to service a cooler that was not working on March 5, 2016 (Saturday - overtime hours) Arrived to find a compressor not starting and low on refrigerant charge. Tech was requested to do a temporary fix for the weekend and was told the charge would be $570 for the repair and $140 for the service call. There were other issues going on with the unit that needed to be looked into further. On Monday gave them prices for additional repairs. They did not respond and we have been trying to collect for over 2 months now. 

We were told on April 29 2016 that a check was being issued for $350 (1/2 of the actual invoice). As of May 12 2016 we have not received our payment and when we contacted accounts payable by phone we were very rudely told the "check is in the mail" and to only contact them from now on through mail or email!!!
