Ordered magazine via one their "independent contractors" and never receivd it. Got letter in mail from S.U.P. saying that theyorder was returned to them and that they couldn't fulfill it. The letter sent to me included letters to 4 other in the same situation [obviously no quality control at S.U.P.].

Their letter offered substitute magazines that I was uninterested in. Their letter did not mention any alternative of refund which is what I want. Sent letter demanding refund - the envelop they provided was not business reply mail so I had to pay postage to send it! {cheap bastards!]

Looked up website (http://www.serviceunlimitedplus.com) and got email address. Sent multiple emails - no reply. Found website contact information (posted below) and phone number to S.U.P. 602-978-4704. S.U.P. same company as Integrity Sales of Phoenix Arizona. Internet site is registered to: Brian Hooley (I found Hooley's personal address too! - if I don't get results soon I will ost his home address, home phone number too!)

After several letters, emails, and phone calls I have gathered all necessary (according to them) info to receive a refund. They are requiring copies of the cancelled check (front and back) in order to determine "which account it was submitted to". They have a receipt # and can't figure that out??? I think their books are ripe for a thorough IRS Audit. IRS Fraud line is: 1-800-829-0433 maybe if a few individuals call then IRS will look into the pervasive fraud that S.U.P indulges in. If they don't refund my $$ now then I'll pursue legal action. I have tracked down names and personal addresses & phone numbers of every person that I've spoken to there (like Customer Relations Mgr Kate Claire). I will publish them if I don't get my $$ back!!!!!
