SERVICES UNLIMITED PLUS RIP-OFF SCAM ALERT FROM CALIFORNIA! CALL THIS PHONE NUMBER TO COMPLAIN Glendale Arizona
In April, 2002 I "ordered" 2 mags for $65 and have yet to receive them. Upon doing some web research I found this website and also the phone number for these scammers. The number, published first by Jeremy in Simi Valley, is 800-536-4704. Some idiot named "Velda" answered who sounded like she was 16 and apologized for the problems. Said that my order was sent to the "Fulfillment Department" LAST WEEK!!!! I told her not only am I filing complaints with the AZ Attorney General I'm also filing with the CA Attorney General and will sue in CA Small Claims Court, up to $5,000, for breach of contract, fraud, etc...
I was told that my name would be put on the list of people who will receive refunds because they are going to get cashier's checks and will send them out. HA! We'll see.....I urge everyone reading this to threaten legal action because here in CA I have technically entered into a contract to receive my mags and by them cashing my check and not giving me my mags I have been defrauded and they have breached contract. A little legal action will go a long ways......
