Didn't return money for cancelled magazine order .....

Young woman came to our door selling magazines. Looked like a high school student, said she was saving money for college.

Signed up for 2 magazine subscriptions. Total amount included $40 fee. I paid with a check.

Later, I wasn't happy about the $40 fee. Followed instructions on receipt for cancellation. Received letter from Kate Clair in Customer Relations asking for proof of payment.

Mailed a photocopy of cancelled check to them on Oct. 21, 2002. Still waiting for my $80 refund.
