Complaint Review: Servicingstop Ltd UK

Servicingstop can't be trusted. They ripped off my money for a service they did not give in the way they promised. They simply took my money and left my car in front of my home without saying a word. My mercedes benz's DPF filter had some blocks in it and they promised me to clear the filter off the soot by trying regeneration. It didn't work, they charged me £120.00 for this. Did not say a word about the failure and returned the car, leaving me to believe that they had rectified the issue. But the problem was not resolved. The DPF has still have the block. They did not call me to seek permission to go to the next step, that is replacement. Instead they simply returned the car. This is clear cheating. They did not give me a detailed bill or a service document. They did not resolve another critical issue that I had raised in my service request and sent it for MOT and failed. Then rectified that issue and passed MOT. This I believe their intentional move to make the customer believe that they do something for MOT. I do not trust their MOT inspection as well. When I requested a refund, they say they can't. I am approaching the regulatory authorities to get my refund and to take action against this company for non-compliance.

Similarly their MOT is also proved to be non-trustable. Their own customer review suggests they are cheating their custoemrs in the name of MOT, thereby putting people's lives in danger.
